Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please inspect all your items when you receive them. If your order arrives damaged then please notify us within 48 hours so we can rectify the issue for you.
PAINT RETURNS
All our Coloured Trade paints and Designer paints have been either specially ordered for you or have been specially tinted and therefore are non returnable.
Please note that colours can vary from on a screen and we would always advise you to obtain a Colour chart and a sample of your chosen colour before ordering. Due to the majority of our paints being tinted to order, slight variations can occur between tins, so we recommend for larger projects having all the tins mixed at the same time to minimise variations.
WALLPAPER RETURNS
We are unable to accept returns of part orders of wallpaper. We always recommend ordering samples of wallpapers before placing an order as colours can vary from a screen and also different batches. All Wallpaper(s) that are custom made or made to measure cannot be returned.
If a wallpaper is damaged or has a fault, then please get in touch immediately and a replacement will be organised. Please note that you should always check wallpaper rolls in full for defects and faults prior to and during hanging as we cannot be held responsible for decorators costs. Please always follow the manufacturers instructions for hanging on the reverse of each label.
Wallpaper orders may only be returned as complete orders.
FREE RETURN TO STORE
You can simply take your unused or faulty items to your nearest store or contact us on 01992 785 225 or showroom@colemanbros.co.uk for advice. Proof of purchase is required and all products must be undamaged, unused in their original packaging and include all relevant accessories.
RETURN VIA COURIER
To arrange collection, please contact us on 01992 785 225 or showroom@colemanbros.co.uk with your order number and details of the product to be returned. We will arrange for the collection by our preferred courier. Please note that there will be a charge payable by you for this service. Or if you prefer, you can use any courier of your choice to return your order. The buyer will be responsible for all return costs.
Please ensure that your Invoice number and Order Reference is included within the order, providing details of the reason for Return / Exchange and send your order to the following address:

REFUNDS
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order.
- Refunds to card can take 3-5 working days
- Refunds to PayPal can take 5-10 working days

EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange your item(s) then please get in touch with us on showroom@colemanbros.co.uk or 01992 785 225 so we can readily check stock. If there’s a difference in price, we’ll refund you or get in touch for payment. If you require an alternative item as quickly as possible, we would suggest placing a new order and send the original back to us for a refund rather than an exchange.
