A translucent, colourless knotting made from White Shellac, for use under under Knots and resinous areas in wood to seal prior to painting.
Ideal for use under oils, varnishes and lighter coloured paints, where the use of Patent Knotting may cause some ghosting. Some water-based products may not adhere to White Knotting. Compatibility should be checked on an off-cut before use.
For use both internally and externally.
